I did everything! RLT, long works, lots of sex, spicy food, pineapple, expressing. She came 12 days overdue - contractions started after a stretch and sweep and she was born the following day. I think they will come when ready. But I can only recommend a stretch and sweep as nothing else worked.

Stretch and sweep here also. I was taking raspberry leaf tea, and inserting evening primrose oil to soften my cervix.
I had clary sage to rub into my belly also, which did bring on braxton hicks earlier on.

Do NOTHING! You will go into labour when you and your bub are ready... 'Watchful waiting' is the oldest tradition in birth and works wonders for sucessful VBAC...

Hopefully things progress naturally when the time comes but its nice to have some things as a back up plan.
