Default How long does thaw meat last

I took 500g mince out of freezer on Friday and left in fridge.
I didn't cook Friday night. Had takeaway on Saturday and today not hungry.

Should it be ok to cook tomorrow?
Or should I cook it now for tomorrow dinner?

I'd chuck it. I won't cook meat after 2 days, but that's just me.

I would chuck it. If it doesn't get used the night after I get it out I chuck it to be safe. Lol

guidelines tend to say 1-2 days. Give it a smell. If it smells a bit ick I'd chuck it. If you still think it's ok just make sure it's cooked really well.

I'd cook it tonight and have it for dinner tomorrow night.
Just brown it with some garlic and onion and decide what to do with it tomorrow.

I would cook it and use it tomorrow night. That is assuming you brought it and froze it the same day. If it had already sat in your fridge a few days before freezing then I would be a bit more cautious. But hey if it smells, feels and looks fine then I would say it is. Have you seen how long supermarkets have meat sitting in their open fridges for?!?
