Nic yes Ella has been self settling, haha except for tonight! She is still up, I put her down but she screamed until she was a beetroot colour lol.
I would say she is sleeping through now, 7.30/8.00 to 11 dreamfeed then sleeps until 5am-6am she actually falls asleep on the boob and she will sleep until 9.30am
Hope things settle down Nic

Hi Nic I'm not sure, her bed time is 7.30 but she wakes after 1 sleep cycle and is unsettled until about 10-11 when she finally will sleep properly until 6am. If I cannot settle her between 8.30 and 11 I go to bed and she falls asleep as well.
I still have her in a bassinet as we are doing a reno and I'm using her room and I just cannot part with her lol.
If this continues I will consult a sleep school to work out what I'm doing wrong

Just wondering for the ladies who had a C/S has your AF returned yet? Did your first AF return as a normal period?
After C/S I had bleeding on and off for 8 weeks, it has been nearly 5 months since the C/S and I have started to spot the last few days. It doesn't feel like AF is coming. I'm more sore from lifting something very heavy and thinking I have hurt myself.

Interesting KM, ivy wakes sometimes after the first sleep cycle, but she is settled by us picking her up....but sometimes it takes a few goes of picking up calming/ putting down etc
Hopefully Ella grows out it for you
