Default Is it a guarentee that I am ovulating?

My baseline temps are always 36.4
And always have 13-15 days of 36.8 and 36.9
    I always have ewcm

Am I actually ovulating? Or can temping be deceiving?

I think you can only 100 % rely on a blood test. All signs are that I ovulate but I'm irregular maybe every 4 months. Have had 1 blood test positive for ovulation and our not, have you spoken to a gp? They can order the test.

My temps suggested I was OVing every month but I don't think I actually was. I went to the docs and got my Bfp on a cycle where I def did OV (blood tests and u/s)

I think I will go and get tested
Its really confusing for women who think they are ovulating because it says so on an app or anything you read on the net about bbt
    Thanks heaps

    Good luck, Kaza.
If you can, get your partner tested too. I wasted over 12 months before testing him, and regret it.

eta) he also has a 7 year old so we never thought there was a problem.

    That's good advice.
Same thing has happened with us. I went thru all the testing after trying for 1.5yrs and we've found a problem on the hubby's side.

We have male factor fertilty issues too. The best thing for sperm is a healthy diet & lifestyle. Lots of foods rich in zinc help too (get him to eat a handful of brazil nuts each day). From what I understand, the jury is still out on Menevit but the Drs we've spoken to have gone with an "it can't hurt!" policy.

He tried menivit, quitting smoking for 3 months and cut his alcohol consumption to next to nothing. His results were worse then the test before all of this, our Fertility specialist said there are a lot of things that can help, but no 'clomid' or anything really to fix sperm count, morphology (shape of the sperm) and motility (forward motion of the sperm/swimming ability)
so in June we are doing our first ICSI cycle. There really is no other option if we want to use his sperm. There's always hope though and it was relief to get the first test results back, because them you plan, and I love a good battle plan!
