    I did look for those other two "unusual" names that have been posted about on here yest and today, just to make sure I wasn't reading the same book but they're not in this one 😉

    Milly could be short for Camilla, Camille,
    Amelia

    I like them both names and would just use them as is, but I prefer them spelt Mollie and Millie. My aunty is Millie so I've never really thought of it as a cutsie name and I've always loved Mollie!

    I like Molly but spelt with an ie Mollie

    Millie would be easier to extend
    Amelia, Millicent, Emilia, Emily, Camilla, Melissa, Matilda ect

    It's not really a nickname for anything. I think Molly is a gorgeous name. If you like the name use it. Why fish around for a name just so you can use the nickname ... The kid would always have to try to explain it! I love Milly as well...
