Ok, a potentially happy ending to this saga, it appears that Unimom are responding very quickly at the moment if you post on their facebook page. Karisha was on her honeymoon (still is) but can prioritise orders.
I'm still waiting to see what happens tomorrow, but this is a major bit of positive progress considering I was expecting to all fall in a heap.

Has she been on her honeymoon since January 14 when I first notified them of the problem I had? Doubtful!!!
I'm glad they are resolving the issues for everyone though.

Sorry or the late reply to this thread. I've not been on bub hub in a while. I'm karisha, the owner of Unimom Australia. Recently we had some delay issues in getting orders out. This was because my mother passed away very early in the year followed by my wedding and honeymoon. During this period I had organised a family friend to come and help with the business however things kinda fell apart. I am the sole worker here at Unimom. The business is run from my home while I look after my 3 little kids and we are able to offer the prices we do because we have very little overheads. I strive to ensure each and every person receives their order and in a timely manner also. I feel terrible that this has not been the case and for that I always try and compensate. Whether it be free gifts with your order or a coupon for future use. I am human and understand all the frustrations vented here on bub hub. They are valid and give me reason to look at ways to improve the service. I have been flat out sending all outstanding orders and from my records we are up to date.
