I buy most of my craft stuff from cheap shops like The Reject Shop and Cheap as Chips. I have a whole cupboard full of stuff most of which has already been said.
A couple of others that I don't think have been listed already:
    -Old socks
    -felt shapes/sheets
    -bottle tops
    -buttons
    -******ers
    -nature stuff (sticks/leaves/pine cones ect.)

Feathers are a hit lately at our place those bright colourful ones, and sheets of felt material, (no sewing required )

If sign up for riot art emails, you get an email with all the discounts, well worth it, got a ton of Pom poms, google eyes, sequins, feathers for 50cents a bag a while back.
