Cream cheese with tomato cheddar cheese and a bit of pepper was a win.
Definitely going to try that bruschetta suggestion! What a great idea!

As I have coeliacs, I use rice crackers as bread replaces. Eg: baked beans on rice cakes or salad 'sandwiches' using the thin rice cakes.
These flavored ones are good just on their own... Or are good with a little hommus
