I've got bad period pain today but I'm not due for a good couple of weeks. What could it be?
It's highly unlikely I'm pregnant.

Could it be more your bowel? I tthink it's easy to get the crampy feelings mixed up

When I am not on the pill I get the worse ovulation pain which can often emulate period pain.
