    Default Charlie?

What do you guys think? Cute name for a little boy? How about for a grown man? How about officially naming Charles, but calling him Charlie?

    Thinking Charlie Michael?

    Any comments/thoughts appreciated!

If we had had a boy we would have used Charlie/Charles. Must admit I'm not really keen on Charles but I love Charlie. I think it's a name that works well for any age.

I love it! It was second on my list but DH doesn't like it

TBH if you like Charlie just go with it. I used to have an "official" name and a name I was known by and it frustrated me. Just something to think about but if you like Charles/Charlie then go with that.

    I like it.

My grandfather was a Charles but always called Charlie.

I think Charlie is fine for a man of any age, but I guess if he is called Charles then he can revert back to it when he gets older if he wants a more mature sounding name.
