    Default Overseas egg donor IVF cycle

    Hi,

    I am planning to fly overseas(India) for an egg donor cycle end of this year. Just wondering how long should we stay there. One of the clinics has promised us 4 weeks which I think is really short. Does anyone here have any experience with the Indian clinics?

    Default interested in getting in touch

    Hi I'm a mum to a 9 month old boy and hope that you can successfully conceive this year - sending you lots of baby dust.

    I'm sorry to contact you in this round-about-way but I'm looking to get in touch with some women for a documentary I'm making on Aussies travelling abroad to receive IVF donor eggs. I saw that you're planning on heading overseas this year for a round of IVF - would you be interested in getting in touch with me?

    Actually that sounds like a really, really long time! We did donor egg IVF in the Czech Republic and stayed 10 days, we could have stayed 8 but chose to stay longer.
    I took meds in Australia to prepare for the cycle and then we arrived at the clinic the day before egg retrieval and DH's sperm donation. They checked my lining to see if it was good and if they needed to change my meds at all. The next day they did the retrieval and then we had a 5 day transfer. They like you to rest the day after transfer and then you can go home.
