Thanks for all the help so far!

We have a few shades quite similar to what Sonya linked... those dark shades tend to be a favourite of the girl doing the buying. lol. We seem to have not many purples, pastels, greens, blues or anything though... and the rest of us feel maybe they might be a good idea... even just one or two of each.

Last time my friend and I went for pedis, she got fluoro green, I got a gorgeous peacock blue colour.

I love blue on toes. I always get stronger colours on toes, neutral on fingers unless I get shellac. If I get shellac I go for the most vibrant colour there. My usual nail place has actually got a great selection and have glittery clear ones to go over colour too. For fingers, I like shimmery pinks, glossy reds, and pearly shades of purple, teal and silver- I love silver polish. I do also like a good black polish. Oh and a crackle paint on top every now and then.

    Silver- OPI DS radiance
    Pink- OPI DS reserve

Can't remember the other names Sassy but hth!

We do have quite a few of these colours already so that's a good sign!

Would anybody wear blues or metallics? We have an array of plums/purples/pinks/oranges/reds and dark colours (navy, black, dark grey, etc), but wondering about these others?

I also recently purchased this colour for myself:

And the girls at work love it, but one said she doesn't think clients would want it... it's one of their newer shades, and I just think it's fabulous... but would anyone ask for it here?
I'd get this, I know I've had something very similar, more than once.

As an old mum I dont get my nails done as they are trimmed short so I stop scratching the kids but if I get my toenails done I love bright wacky colours, lots of glitter or something different. I am happy for my toes to stand out as they are so boring usually that its nice to have a difference.

That's one in my personal collection.
Yes I'd wear that! The butter colour is maybe a touch pinker but that's pretty close!

    I would wear it!

My favourite nail colours at the moment are:
    -deep red
    -teal/mint
    -lilac
-nude, not a pink nude or a white nude but a sand/beige kind of nude
    -soft, creamy kind of grey.

Eta, that do you lilac it shade is exactly the one I was talking about

Sassy I LOVE the colour you posted. I frequently paint my nails turquoise, bright green or purple. Reds and pinks are slightly boring and overdone to me, I hate going to get a mani/pedi and there's about 50 varieties of red and pink but only a couple of greens/blues/turquoise which are my fave

When and if I get a Mani/pedi I go for something different as a treat. Like a bright orange or gold. I would love a nice pastel blue or soft pink.

I guess the 'sometimes' customers are more inclined to get something different and unique but the 'weekly' clients probably have their fav shades.

Sorry I'm not much help with exact color shades. A good variety i think is key. And obviously the colors that run out quickly are the ones ppl love most.
