Default 2 year old waking in the mid of the night.

My 2 year old has been waking up at 2-3 am for the past few nights. He would wake up and wants to go out an play. He's not half asleep or anything, he's fully awake. He would scream the house down if I try to keep him in his room. He does go back to sleep after 10min of sitting in front of the tv.
He goes to sleep at 8pm and wakes up at 6:30am. Has one day sleep of an hour.
Anyone gone through this before? Please help !

We are going through the same thing! DD is 2 and has been waking through the night...you're not alone. No tips or advice, just hugs.
