HI ladies, looking to hear your stories of induction with pre eclampsia?
I've been told by a lot that ladies with pe seem to labour a lot quicker than normal ladies who are induced.

Induction due to pre eclampsia

I was induced with PE with DS1. Labour was 8 hours (over two hours pushing) had peth and gas, ended up having an episiotomy.
My labour with DS2 was very short - 20 mins pushing I'd say less than two hours labour. I was overdue - no PE had him without any drugs at all.
Not sure if that's what you were after?? I can't remember DS1s birth too well as I was very affected by the drugs.

I didn't have PE but was induced. Labour was 2.5 hours including 30 minutes of pushing. Wouldn't want it to be much quicker than that!
Good luck, I think I also read that you are in hospital on bed rest? If that's the case I hope the time goes quickly for you.

My nephrology and hypertension specialist was umming and ahhing about whether to even let me be induced with PE.
(It was actually a non-issue as lead twin was breach at the time - and turned to transverse in last 12 hours before c-section.)
