Did you use any support belts or tights etc to help take the weight off the lower region?
I'm 24 wks and if i've had a busy day at work by the end of the day my lower region/abdomon right where the placenta must be, is sore.
I wonder if there is any use/benefit in using a support belt etc - you can buy them for those who have csections and they have also been used by larger women to help with weight support during pregnancy.
any advice would be much appreciated? thanks
