Everyone will have a different opinion of course but my Ob is outstanding. I go through Melissa O'Neill at SJOG Subiaco and she's seriously the best dr I have had. She was fantastic with my DD and I'm so happy to be going back to her for #2.
We also had a lot of issues trying to fall pregnant and even though I wasn't technically in her care she still called to make sure I was doing ok and checked in which meant so much to me.
I have also found her fees to be on par with other Obs at the hospital

I'm with Louise Farrell at SJOG Subi. Love her!
She's a bit older, (50s? 60s?) and is very efficient, she's not out be your best mate. But that's exactly the style I like in a health professional - I'm not there for touchy feely making friends. I feel like anything that could happen well, she has probably see it before.

Dr Donald Clark and Dr Glenn Lewis are excellent. Both at Mercy hospital (also SJOG Subi I think)

Thanks so much everyone
My best friend is a midwife at mercy hospital and really wants me to go there so she can look after me and she said Dr Thyer or Dr Lee are amazing. She hates St johns murdoch and subi. So I dont know where to go or who to go with.

Just wondering what the cost of a visit to Meslissa O'Neill is each time? Trying to figure out how much I'll be out of pocket for if going private.
Thank you! xx

Hey there, I see Dr Mike Aitken at SJOG Subi. He is amazing as is his counterpart Dr John Love. They fill in for each other when the other is away. Mike was also our FS so he is very understanding when it comes to previous treatment etc. Cannot recommend him highly enough.
For my DS's delivery ( he was delivered on a weekend where there is a Dr roster including Dr Lewis, Dr Clark, and Dr O'neill ) we had Dr Linda Wong and she was lovely. If I wasn't able to get into Mike this time with number 2 then I would have definitely gone with her. GL with you choice.

@MariaA, I was under Dr Thyer's care for DS. He's a lovely man and excellent at what he does. He also scans at every appointment, which I liked. He doesn't volunteer too much information so he may not be the best choice for women who like a lot of dialogue with their healthcare providers. That said, I will be going back to him when I am lucky enough to get my second BFP. And the hospital itself is great!

I was a Dr Thyer patient too and cannot speak of him highly enough, I cant wait to have another baby and have him as my ob again. I think any other dr I would've ended up with a section for sure (which I didn't want)
