    Default Vicks VapourRub and Pregnancy

Hi! My nose is so stuffy this morning, Im actually struggling to breath! Had a hot shower and the steam was a little bit helpful. I cant find a definitive answer googling and Im about to leave for work so I don't have time right now to call the Dr or chemist but can I use a little bit of Vicks? Ive read that the menthol is bad when inhaled/ingested but Im ready to call in sick!! Im 8 weeks today

Get a saline spray and get a rinse as well.

I've had a shocker cold this week and I've used some Vicks. Just a bit close to my nose and a tiny but on my chest. I figure such a small amount will be ok
