Hi everyone, I am after some advice. I am 14 weeks and hubby has been on a Business trip the last few days.
I never sleep real well when he's away but the last couple of nights I was convinced I could hear someone being in the house and I completely panicked like never before. My heart rate was through the roof and I struggled breathing. It would get better and then start again with the next noise.
I started to worry what this means for the baby and did my panic attacks affect its heart rate etc?
Your comments are highly appreciated as always
