2.5 but still has a nappy at night. No nappies at all for day time even day sleeps.
He was pretty easy to train just took the nappies away.

My son was 26 months when he refused a nappy and hasn't looked back.
Both mine went straight to toilet, I didn't bother with a potty.

DS pretty much TT'd himself just before he was 3, we still put him in night nappies although I'm not sure why as they are dry every morning! I just left it until he was ready to do it himself, doing it earlier would have taken too much effort on my part

DS is 25 months and did his first wee and poo in the potty last week. Nothing since. I am not in any rush at all.

My DS1 toilet trained himself just before he was 2, I had no input at all, he just decided one day to not wear nappys and use the toilet...was fantastic. My DD was a little bit older, around 2y3m, and also trained quite quickly, but took more effort on my part (and Smartie bribes ), we went straight to the toilet (I hate potties - they are gross lol).
I have my fingers crossed my DS2 will be easily trained, but who knows...I wont start until after winter, so he will be just over 2 and we'll see how we go. He is showing signs of awareness.
I don't think any child, girl or boy is the same when it comes to toilet training.
