I'm constantly hungry (in between bouts of queasiness of course!). I'm 4w3d, and seriously could eat a horse.
Need some ideas for healthy, filling snacks, so I don't become the size of a house before 12 weeks!

Carrot sticks, celery sticks, hommus to dip it in. Muesli bars, nuts, apples are good!
I reckon the key is to constantly nibble on low fat stuff - avoid too much bread and pasta.
A friend does cruskits with vegemite and cheese for afternoon tea to keep her going til tea.

Cruskits with vegimite, saladas and grapes seem to be working for me. Might give some carrot sticks and apple a go today too

I found carbs filled me up and got rid of the queasiness, just have to be careful not to go crazy with them! Things like saladas with avocado, rice crackers and cucumber sticks were my fave snacks at that stage.
And huge huge congrats to you rainbow road, was following your journey and am so happy for you

I literally had to finish all the timtams in the cupboard so I would stop thinking about them. I never crave that stuff but today I just went mental. Haha at least they are gone now. No more temptation.
Needless to say, I feel physically ill now and I have a feeling it isn't to do with MS lol

I am thinking I need to stick to healthy, yes. It's not that hard. Odd thing is, I hate bread, but yesterday I just needed tomato on toast!
What about cold hard boiled eggs? Yummy.
Definitely gotta get some saladas, pretzels, and starting chopping up carrot sticks in preparation!
