Default Make up experts help please.

I have chronic sinusitis which causes extreme dark circles under my eyes, I need to know the best thing to cover them please!

I also have uneven skin tone so need a suggestion for a good cream, powder etc to help with that

And last but not least, I want an easy to apply eyeliner and mascara which is actually waterproof and smudge proof! The ones I buy always say they are but I still end up looking like a panda by the end of the day.

    Thanks

To cover the dark circles or other inperfections, I put liquid foundation, concealer where I need it, then powder on.
Try a liquid or gel eyeliner

Purple or yellow concealer blended with your regular foundation. If you dot it along the dark line and then blend. I think Napoleon have a good range of colored concealers.

I would try the Bobbi Brown corrector ie a peach tone to counter the blue in the dark circles. Bobbi Brown also has some nice foundations/powders etc but they are best for someone with warmer skin tones.

    3rd the gel eyeliner too.
