    Default Cheap eye patches??

My 2 yr old dd has to patch 6 hours a day and I have been purchasing a box of eye patches from our local optomistrist for $50 which is really expensive. Does anyone out in bub hub land know of where I can buy cheaper kids eye patches from?

Can you buy fabric ones? Google it and see if you can get ones that you can wash ... surely they are out there. Maybe someone else will know, sorry I can't be more help.

Thanks. We can't use fabric ones as her glasses have a strap that goes around the back and they can't slip on. I though about making Velcro ones myself but she is just too young and would probably rip it off so we need the sticky one. I can't believe how expensive they are though.

A friend of mine just uses those round make-up wipes and a couple of small pieces of micropore tape (the white tape they use at the dr/hospital), though it may not be suitable for a 2yo??
