With two of my pregnancies I knew at 3.5 weeks. Mine is mostly the fatigue and seedy feeling that hits first.
Sore boobs I get before my period anyway.

One of my first symptoms was slightly tender bb's and being a little more tired in the afternoon. I think this was probably from around 5 days before af was due .closer to af and i was getting cramps

I noticed mine from 3 weeks. I was insanely hungry and craving pasta for breakfast!

Oh and a couple days before AF was due I had a major wardrobe breakdown as spent two hours in tears throwing clothes around my room because I couldn't find anything that looked nice on me to wear out to dinner.

I noticed symptoms at about 3.5 weeks.

I was really queasy all week, tired and my sense of smell was out of control!!

I just felt like I was about to get my period. Slightly crampy, mildly tender boobs.
