    Default Winkalott buyers warranty

Has anyone that has purchased from Winkalotts had to deal with warranty issues with them. I'm thinking of buying a BJCS from them and they have told me that they handle warranty issues from NZ at their expense. Just wondering if anyone has any experiences to share.
