We are currently conducting a very important study at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital and the Mater Mother’s Hospital called “Probiotics to prevent gestational diabetes”. We are very keen to prevent diabetes developing during pregnancy (GDM) and we are interested to know if women who take tablets with “good bugs” (probiotics) from early in pregnancy can help.
If you are
• Size 14 + (BMI >25)
• currently less than 15 weeks pregnant
We invite you to participate in our study.
If you would like to find out more information, please ring our study nurses
