When I hear people say; for example:
I had spag Bol for tea with hidden veggies, how hidden are we talking?
Grated finely? Chopped in tiny pieces? Puréed?
Of so how do you do it? And what other meals do you hide veggies in?

I do it using my Tupperware turbo chef/ smooth chopper.
I hide any veggie you can imagine, though they eat most veggies without protest :-)

If it's veges I know they don't like, like parsnip, zucchini, broccoli etc. I always purée it.
I mix it in with spag bog, cottage pie, loads of other mince dishes and if I'm in a rush, I purée it with a bit of chicken stock and do chicken tonight with chicken breast and rice.
I also purée a load of veges and make a soup!

I purée veggies to hide in various meals. Home made burgers, macaroni (corn and carrot purée blends well colour wise), pasta bakes, anything with a sauce really, taco mince, rissoles.

I would puree veges when DS wouldnt eat them. He has improved greatly so he is starting to slowly be more open to trying them but if he could see them i had no chance at all of him eating them so had to puree and mix in spag bol most of the time. I would puree carrots, corn, peas, finely grate spinach and use canned tomato instead of the jar stuff. Would also puree the canned tomato so there were no lumpy bits in it for him.

I grate whatever vegetables I'm using into a spag Bol or lasagna and they are devoured

I just chuck everything in the food processor, by the time it is cooked it its fairly undetectable.
