JFB - once again just wanted to say how sorry I am about your dad. I'm so happy though that you got to have some time with him. We are all thinking of you and are here if you need us xxxxxxxxx

JFB - hope you made it through the day ok
I didn't get the job I really wanted that I went for last week, just missed out but got offered another one today and will start next week. I wasn't sure about it at first but they understand my situation as a sole parent and I was totally honest saying I don't have a back up if Evie gets too sick to attend daycare and I was finding that this was going against me getting work etc & would like to be given the benefit of the doubt in thinking that I can make it work and are very acceptable and understanding of that and have offered flexibility with working hours which is what I was after so I accepted it. Very similar to my old job so I should fit right into it doing 3 days a week at this point but could work out less if I manage it well enough. Have to admit I'm a little nervous approaching a change in our lives but has to happen sometime.
hope everyone is staying warm and toasty....I know you are probably warmer than the rest of us Amum
