Downside is that it doesn't have a huge boot space but it does fit my prams and a little bit of shopping.
Are there anchor points in the 3rd row of the cx9?

No there isn't any anchor points in the back row, most of the SUV type cars don't have them in the back row.

There is in the territory but I didn't like the fact you couldn't split the 3rd row.
I would have liked a diesel but found our CX9 really good with fuel.

We are trying for number 4 this year and are currently (unsuccessfully) trying to get finance for a Holden Captiva 7 seater. By far the best looking 7 seater I've seen by far IMO

I'm due in 4 weeks with #4. I'll have 3 under 4 all in car seats 2nd row. 3.5yr old behind driver. 2yr old middle. Baby behind passenger. Other one in 3rd row no car seat behind passenger.

My girls are 6,4,3&1. I had the 4,3 & 1 year old in the 2nd row and then 6 year old in a booster in the back but just changed the seating as DD2 turned 4 and now have 2 boosters in the 3rd row and DD3&4 in middle row. Am liking the new set up as it has kept the seat free to allow easier access to the back row.

I was the same and wanted a diesel car so was tossing up between the pathfinder and CX9 but found the features on the CX9 to hard to pass on even if it isnt diesel. Haven't been driving that much lately but get 3 weeks out of a tank which is great, my old Grand Voyager guzzled the fuel..
