Same as PP - I wear b/f singlet under normal tops for privacy (and warmth in winter rather than exposed skin).
However I just purchased 2 long sleeved maternity/feeding tops from Kmart this week - $9 each!! I'm wearing one now with my fat belly, by next week I'll be feeding in it it's a button down style and very soft/comfy.
