    I used to wash my hair every second day but have been letting it go 3 or 4 days although not entirely by choice. Its actually looking better but that could also be because I haven't used a hair straightener for 6 weeks.

    Sounds good in theory, Ease into it slowly. Also you wouldnt be able to use any other products in your hair (Hair sprays, moisturisers, colour) No gym , strenuous exercise, Sex, Getting caught in the rain, cooking in a hot kitchen etc etc because of the sweat and product build up. Make sure to brush, brush, brush to avoid/help with dandruff

    I'm in week 3 and my hair is starting to look totally different- its shiny, not oily, less frizz and just all round better condition. I'm stoked!
    I've been "washing and conditioning" a couple of times a week with bicarb and AC vinegar and didn't go through that revolving transition period that I've read most go through.
    I've also only used moogoo on my face, and been conscious of balancing the PH after using witch hazel or vinegar, and I've noticed a change in my skin too!
    Is anyone else still sticking to it, how have you fared?

    I've also done a deep conditioning treatment using eggs, cassia powder and natural yoghurt, was really to wash out just using water and my hair felt beautiful after.
    This is from the girl who always has had frizzy, flyaway, split ended hair

    Wow, sounds like its really working for you. Thanks for updating. I've been washing twice weekly still. My scalp gets so itchy and I get dandruff.

    Apple cider vinegar is apparently great for dandruff, you could give it a go if you want, mix some in with water for a final rinse?
    Twice a week is still better than every other day
