Default Babywearers! What do you do with the nappy bag?

I have an ergo and a hug-a-bub type wrap that I love wearing my baby in, but when you are out and about what do you do for a nappy bag? I have a backpack style bag but I feel like a bit of a dill with her on the front and it on the back.
Also..... Do you just go to the toilet whilst still wearing them?

    TIA

I have a manduca. I don't use a nappy bag, just a handbag with a couple of nappies & wipes.
Yes, I have used the toilet with my baby in the baby Bjorn, but not for a few months (not since having Manduca).

I wore both my kids while in the bathroom. Especially with dd, often it was the only way to stop the screaming.

I just carry a large handbag with a little nappy pouch inside. All it has is 2 nappies, travel wipes, a few plastic bags and one change of clothes.

And yep, I just wear them in the loo. Just watch out for any loose tails on your hugabub

I generally would put the essentials in my handbag rather than carry the entire nappy bag, I would leave the nappy bag in the car just in case.

I have a side bag (so can be worn like a handbag or go underneath bub as I have slings rather than wraps and structured carriers).

I used a back pack. I found using a satchel/ side bag just put too much pressure on my shoulder.
If i was going out to a shop or somewhere where the car was parked fairly near by i would just leave nappies and likes and go back as i needed them.
