    Default What helped your MS?

    Hi Ladies.. I'm having some morning sickness.. mostly bad nausea and light headedness, I've worked out if I eat too much I feel terrible and if I don't eat enough and frequently I feel terrible but I'm finding it hard to find foods that I feel I can stomach... What have you found to help your morning sickness??

    Go to the doctor and get some medication. I couldn't have lived without it

    Time maxalon helped sometimes but not always. But it's definitely worth going to your GP/OB for. Also try ginger biscuits!

    I found those lemonade iceypoles helped a bit! Also gingernut biscuits.

    I have morning sickness so bad with DD. My Dr gave me medication but it made me so anxious, I'd rather have been sick all day long.

    Icey cold ginger ale. Can't stand the stuff now grazing on nuts, seeds and crackers was good for me, I hated eating big meals or anything with too much flavour.

    Passion fruit soft drink. I On my way! Sounds yuck wen you are already sick, but it actually helped.

    Potato chips did help actually.

    Maxalon didn't help but Ondansetron is great!
