Does anybody know whether I can use these in a natural TTC cycle? I wondered if they might improve my chances of falling pregnant naturally? Not that I really have any hope that we will after all this time but at $5 each I didn't want to just bin them.

You can use them in a natural cycle without harm but they will only help you if there is a known progesterone issue. In a natural cycle you should produce prog on your own (unless there's a diagnosed problem). GL.

I agree with Bella they will only be of benefit if you have a progesterone deficiency/luteal phase defect. Also if you do have a luteal phase defect you are better using Crinone or Progesterone in Oil rather than pessaries.
