I made the cinnamon and date porridge the other day too, it was so nice!
I've also discovered a new amazing combination which is healthy except for maybe the sugar in honey, I cook plain porridge normally, then stir cinnamon through and top with a sliced banana and honey. It is amazing!

Chobani yogurt with vanilla protein, torani sugar free syrup for a bit of sweetness (0 cal 0 sugar) protein granola sprinkled on top with strawberries.
1/3 cup Oatmeal, dry
1/3 cup Sliced Almonds
1/4 cup Pecans, chopped
1 scoop Protein Powder (your favorite flavor this time I used Vanilla)
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon (or this time I used Pumpkin Spice)
3 Tablespoons Sugar Free Torani Syrup (your favorite flavor, I used Sugar Free Vanilla)
2 Tablespoons Almond Butter
1 Tablespoon Butter
Mix together with a fork till clumps form. Sprinkle clumps of the topping onto a baking sheet (I lined it with foil for ease of clean-up) and bake for 20 minutes at 350. Allow to cool. When cool store in sealed container for several days.

The butter i just use ww marg... I dont eat large enough servings for that to be an issue calorie wise but u could sub it with something else im sure

Oh and speaking of the date porridge, frozen dates = yummmmmy! Remind me of frozen mars bars lol.
