    I bought one of those tiny non stick frypans from Kmart ($2 and so cute) for breakfast I line the bottom of the pan with mushrooms, break and egg over top and sprinkle with red onion, if I want a treat I add a little bit of grated cheese and cook. Very quick, easy and filling!

    Eggs eggs eggs and baby spinach .
    My favorite recipe is Turkey chow mien.
    Turkey, 2 grated carrots, 1/3 a bag of chopped baby spinach, 1/2 savoy cabbage, curry powder , onion, ginger, garlic and chicken stock.
    I lost 27 kg in 6 months last year. 84kg-57kg. I'd like to think I am a little bit of an expert on food now haha.

    My faves are both desserts, I have a massive sweet tooth!
    Frozen bananas put through the food processor with a tablespoon of milk, comes out sooo yummy and creamy! Like a very healthy soft serve. Can also add things to it, cocoa powder or a bit of peanut butter are yum!

    As it has been getting colder I have been chopping a ripe pear in half, sprinkling with a few drops of water and some sugar substitute and baking in the oven. I top it with low calorie whipped cream and its very sweet and warm!

    I don't have a specific recipe for it but I love the lentil and chickpea salad I make. It's roughly a tin of chickpeas, a tin of brown lentils, tomato, cucumber, red onion, parsley, lemon juice and balsamic vinegar. if I'm feeling indulgent I fry up some haloumi and serve it with it. I'm not a huge fan of lettuce based salads so this is a good one for me.

    And I've been eating some chopped carrots and celery with a low fat cottage cheese - the chilli or tomato one from bulla is yum!

    And just a protein smoothie - low fat milk and I've been adding a banana to help with some cramping.

    Waggers - would you mind sharing your knowledge on protein shakes? I have no idea what I'm doing. I've just started on a Lipo Fyre. One hour prior & half an hour after exercise.

    How do I know the sales person isn't selling me something not suitable? I've having trouble shifting the last 5-10kgs.
