    Dinner last night, grilled pork tenderloins and salad. I only ate one of the tenderloins and half of the salad. I have the rest for lunch today.

    One from during the week- slow cooked lean meatballs in a sauce made from tomato and zucchini. Had to top with light shredded cheese

    There isn't actually a "recipe"- the pesto is from a jar! I bought it from Aldi and just added the mushrooms and fresh grated parmesan. It's the easist thing ever, just stir through the cooked pasta
