Jez I got the flu fax as I had the flu when I gave birth to DD1 and it developed into pneumonia. I had no side effects at all. The flu this season is going to be awful apparently.

    But I'm very pro vax.

This is going to sound ridiculous but I've always had it done through work, do you just go to the gp for the flu vax? Do they stock it or do you have to get a script then get it filled etc?

I always get the flu vax at work but hasn't thought to much now that I'm not in a constant germ infested environment.

Oh and carrot cake wins, unless they had gluten free scones, then it would be scones! Hmmm, might have to make some scones over the weekend. I made that choc avocado mousse that was posted the other day, SOOO good! Hubby did get a little grossed out when I told him there was avocado in it but he had already tried it so knew it was tasty!!
