^This is what I could heard be exclaiming this morning when I weighed myself, lol.. 3 kg's down
This has motivated me so so much- seeing results like this makes me feel like I'm walking on air, I am so proud of myself! Finally, after years of my weight yo-yoing I've figured it out- just make changes! I can still have my fave foods, I just need to tweak them a little. The rules to healthy eating have sunk in and I feel like I can reach any goal I set for myself now. I want to lose another 10 kg's. I know I can do it.

Week 3, day 1
breakfast- none, had to rush out for an appointment so just grabbed a 500ml can of sugarfree V energy drink- I know it's nothing compared to a balanced meal but it fills me up for a couple of hours when I'm flat out.
Lunch- vegemite sandwich (wholemeal bread)
Dinner- grilled chicken breast fillet in a wholemel pita wrap with salsa, cottage cheese amd lettuce.
Snack- a couple of Belvita bix
40 min brisk walk

Can't remember everything I ate, but nothing bad.. oh except for a lamington tonight after dinner. But I like to be a little less strict with myself on weekends so all good. Wow, a lamington- big whoop lol.
Tonight's dinner was steak and vegies, last night's was tuna & rice vol ae vents with salad.. lunch today was a vegetarian sushi roll, breaky was cereal.

You should be so proud of yourself. Well done!
im so very pleased to be pregnant again- but I feel like I was doing well with weight loss for the first time in ages, so sad about stopping that. Still walking an hour every night I can. And still following all the weight loss stories here.

Week 3, day 5-
today so far breakfast (I was staaaarving!) 2 pieces wholemeal toast with scrambled eggs (made using 2 eggs and light mik)and some tomato.
Yesteday I forgot to update- breakfast- none. Lunch- leftover steak on toasted wholemeal bread, lettuce, tomato. Dinner- 1 wholemeal muffin topped with cottage cheese and tomato.
There's a new cheese that I saw advertised today, it's called Kraft 'Live Free' (or something) and is like 60% lower in fat than other so cslled "light" cheese. Yum! I love cheese and am getting very tired of always eating cottage cheese, lol
