I've always objected to the 4 Ingredients books and series because I think they are not only misleading but unhealthy.

Now I have a new objection - crudités pronounced 'krew-dites'.

There is an epidemic at the moment! Using the word 'apart' means exactly the same thing as 'a part'?

Example : 'Thanks so much for allowing me to be apart of your special day!'

I am seeing that everywhere at the.mo

It's ironic that it means exactly the opposite to what the person meant. Heehee
