    Love this thread, being a Virgo! ☺ Unfortunately I went to a pretty bad school so 90% of school friends can't spell well or use grammar correctly. The stuff I see on Facebook hurts my brain! Oh and my own brother (mid thirties) still can't spell 'her' he spells it as 'hir', lordy!

    Many Asian English speakers use 'mom'. Maybe there are lots of BHers who learned English in Asia? Or whose parents did perhaps.

    It's really just the only way of putting it in two languages. It's probably a Canadian product - they are required to have both French and English on packaging. The French is "sans bpa" and the English is "bpa free" so there's really no other way to set it out, unless they wrote "bpa" twice.

    Or have I missed what you were referring to?
