This is our house (floor plan). It's probably not quite to scale as it was done from the floor plan on the real estate brochure, but gives an idea of layout. Does anyone else want to share their plans? Hmmm... I probably should have been an architect or interior designer...1363632858166.jpg

A little of the plans we have will change when we get back the new ones from the builders as we are having a spa put in our ensuite currently it is only a bath. Our house is 33m2 on a block 756m but that is a big block in Newcastle these days and it is completely new in a new street in our estate so everyone should be building around the same time hopefully. The house is 4 bed 2 bathroom, a media room plus sitting room that opens out to a big deck with 90 degree doors out to the deck so massive entertaining area one day and has another little loungeroom that will be a pool room / bar and then a study I have decided will partially steal for my sewing things and scrap booking things. I miss not having my own place and space for my crafts.

I'll share mine tonight if I remember. We were almost giving up on my dream if building as DH was only on a 'temporary' visa and we didn't have enough saved for a deposit. Randomly found this builder and had nothing to do so decided to walk through their display and literally fell in love. There's only one thing I'd change about our house and that's the colour of the tiles because of the dog hair that accumulates in just a day.... Floor plans I love. Decorations and colour and what we have, love love live. I honestly think I'm a bit of a freak coz I actually love my house so much! Lol

lol. You're not a freak. I love my house too - the parts we changed that is. We couldn't get enough from the bank to fix up the outside, so we're stuck with less than gorgeous light orange bricks, a ratty looking front door & barren garden! We're gradually doing the garden, but the bricks will have to wait (we'll either get them stained dark brown or rendered). A new front door isn't very expensive, but we just haven't gotten around to it.

Are you taking your bridal party with you? I knew my wedding dress was the one when I tried it on. I walked out and everyone instantly teared up.
