Default Worried about diarrhea in 11 month old...

Hi, sorry that this is a bit of a gross topic, but I'm really worried about my DS & diarrhea he seems to have.

He's usually on the constipated side if anything, but the last 4-5 days he has had 1-2 really gross runny poo nappies each day.

He has no other symptoms of being sick -- no fever, he's his usual happy self, not sleeping any more or any less.

    He's not teething.

He hasn't eaten anything new or different to usual. And I haven't changed my diet either (he still BF's a few times a day).

And I already know he has a sensitivity to dairy, he doesn't eat cheese, yoghurt, butter or cows milk cause it has upset him in the past, so it's not that.

I don't know what else it could be. Do you think I should take him to the doctor??

The thing that is stopping me is that he is otherwise fine, no other symptoms.....

    What do you think??

There is no harm in taking him to the doctor just to give you some peace of mind!! I know DD gets diarrhea before she gets a new tooth, I know you said not teething but could it be possible they are close to popping out?
