I can highly recommend my Ob although his fees are $2800...
As for the Mater Private I had exceptional care I couldn't fault it in any way, each and every single member of staff there were incredible and so helpful. I spent 6 nights in hospital and the 4 weeks visiting my prem bub in the Special Care Nursery. I could not have wished for better care. My baby was born 6 months ago...I loved it and if I did have more babies would choose the same Ob and hospital...

This is an old thread. You would be lucky to find a private ob at mater for under $2800 now.
