Default What if Liberal wins in september?

I don't know how he would fund this. Maybe that's why he wants to cut so many public sector jobs? Either way, it's not enough to make me vote for him and his party.

As Atropos said - great in theory but where is the money coming from. My fear of public service job cuts will stop me voting liberal. (Not sure where my vote will go though)

26wks @ normal wage would be better for me than 18 wks @ min wage, but wouldn't necessarily swing my vote since I'm due in March 2013 and there's lots of other short and long term changes to consider with a change of govt than just PPL payments

I support it if the funds can be found but it wouldn't surprise me if the baby bonus was completely scrapped to pay for it

It would be way better for me to be on my regular salary cos that is way above minimum wage. I'd sure be working hard to maximise my income in the preceding period so that my 'regular' salary was as high as poss! (I'm a contractor so I can control my own work flow)
