Agree with most PP's. I remember all those bands and going to Big Day Out, Homebake and Glenworth Valley to see them all. No way would I do it now, I like aircon too much.

Another fav was The Caulfields - "I'm bigger than Jesus now". It's the only song I remember from them. I doubt anyone else recalls it, I can't even find it on itunes.

Reading this makes me feel like such a teeny bopper hahaha! I was born in 1988, so early 90's I listened to whatever kids stuff was out around then, then moved on to Bon Jovi and Cat Stevens for a little while in the mid-90's (thanks mum! Lol), and late 90's I was bopping along to Backstreet Boys, Five, Hansen, Spice Girls, Nsync, Vengaboys, Aqua, and all the other teenybopper pop crap that was out at the time. Lol.

I agree with pretty much everything listed so far.

    Some more:
    Asserted Development
    Snoop Dogg
    Wu Tang Clan
    Janet Jackson
Billy Joel (even saw him in concert when I was about 9)
    Ace of Base

These's another one that hopefully someone can remember from my vague description, they sang a really nice song mainly accustic, for some reason Mr Big (don't ask, it's stuck in my head for some reason) keeps popping in my head. It's like a love song. It does get played on radio sometimes. Lol good luck! So if anyone thinks of it 100 gold stars for you!

Deep inside I hope you feel it too
Waited on a line of green and blues
Just to be the next to be with you'

To Be With You by Mr Big (actually a full on metal band)

It's a nice slow song though right? Lol I shouldn't really list them as I band I listened to as that's the only song of theirs I'm aware of
