Shiva Rea- pregnancy yoga is okay. There are 3 women each in different trimesters showing the poses. I just wasn't good with doing it at home and so go to yoga classes now

This is a great one for beginners; http://shop.bigpond.com/Product.asp?...tail&ID=196147 but it's not pregnancy specific. I'd try JB HI FI.

I've gotten two, and I have to say I love using Shiva Rea a lot more.
The three stages seems to make a lot more sense because there are just things you cannot do the further you get along.
I ordered mine on ebay from the UK.
