Jbish - I'm only taking folic acid 0.5mg, recommended by my ob (he said folic acid or elivit with iodine, if I eat healthy folic acid will be enough for ttc, then once pg swap to the elivit)... Curious to know what everyone else is taking!

Crap, I keep remembering and then forgetting about starting those again.

Last time my Vit D was quite low, I prob shouldn't have stopped taking them after finishing bf but I always forget to take tablets. And folic acid they decided after like 10 weeks that the recommendation had changed and instead of 0.5mg that I should instead take heaps more, something like 5mg as I'm overweight. Need to look into that again....

Green cheese, when I get my folic acid tablets they give me the option of 0.5mg or 5mg
Iv never known what one to get, so always opted for smallest dose
When I'm at the drs I'm going to ask (if I remember!)

If you're a healthy weight then the smaller dose is normal, it's because I'm way overweight that it was recommended to take higher dose.

Hi girls... Iv STILL been bleeding 4 days now... pretty sure it's not implantation bleeding! (4days seems to long)... Now I have no idea where I'm at - 6 months of regular cycles and them boom now random bleeding. Would it be best to chart my temp and cm and then wait until next af arrives and just go from there? Or any suggestions how I should get "back on track" to track o??

Trying, bbt can be a right pia But I personally found it such a good way to work everything out.
Can you recap where you are at? When was last af and what cd did bleeding start? And you defo got bfn hey?
Strange that your bb's are still so sore too..
Might be worth a trip to dr for bt just in case. I have read of cases of bfp only with bt not poas.

I am taking 1 folic a day and I also have 3 drops of iodine to prevent hereditary thyroid probs. I also chucked a vit b in there every now and again in the hope of a quick boost, he he

Hope all is well with everyone else. I'm just home from a quiz night which was a great fundraiser but dragged on! So tired. Dd is having first sleep over at my SIL- I was nervous, she happily waved me off... Cute kid

    Hey all,
I thought I would join in a bit late, i'm trying to concieve baby no 2 and this is our first month of trying. My periods are always right on 30/31 days and now 2 days late and sore boobs but a negative POS. I did fall first go with my son but was able to test 5 days before my period was due. Anyone else still get negative test results on day period was due but later got a positive? I will expect this may take some time..

Trying, could it be an unusual af? It sucks that its gone on for 4 days!!

Welcome mandy! I hope your ttc journey is quick! good luck!

Afm, no idea what to expect this cycle. After 4 cycles of 28 days and one of 32 days, with o on cd17, like it was when we concieved ds, I was fairly confident in knowing my cycle...until last month. Cd20 for o and a 36 day cycle, so its a longer cycle, longer to o, and a longer lp....now this month I'm cd25 and quite certain I still haven't ovulated it sucks! I should be fighting the urge to test!! Not throwing in the towel!
