Is it just going to be a free-for-all or should we try and do some structured planning around exercise and nutrition. I don't mean everyone doing the same exercise plan (although that could be pretty cool) I mean more that we all commit to x number of sessions per week, or burning of x number of calories a week.

I definitely do better when I am working towards specific goals

Where is the link? I would like to see everyone do their own thing. Some might be fitter and do 5-6 sessions a week for an hour, others might not be able to handle more than 2.

Default Is anyone up for a weight loss challenge?

    http://www.bubhub.com.au/community/f...91#post7070091

That's the link for anyone who missed it.

It's whatever everyone feels they can commit to. It's more about people committing to themselves and the challenge than everyone doing the same workouts. So whatever you can do and helps you get the results you're looking for is fine. If it helps to have a programme for yourself then put it in your diary and commit to it.

We found with the Zumba challenge that exercise breeds exercise. Once you get moving and see some results, you naturally want to do more because you love that feeling you get from it.
