Chicken and mushroom risotto. Or risot-glue as I like to call it. My technique is severely lacking. Lmao.

    Hey jellybub

It was great. The kids loved it. Recipe is:

    2 cups cooked rice
    1/4 cup butter
1 cup ham/ cooked bacon (or any meat you like)
1 cup grated cheese (I used cheddar but a bit of added Parmesan would be nice)
    1 cup grated zucchini
    Several drops hot pepper sauce
    3 eggs
    1/2 cup milk
    1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

Pressed rice into greased pie dish. Drizzle with butter. Combine meat, cheese, zucchini and hot pepper sauce and spread over rice. Beat eggs, milk and garlic salt, pour over meat mixture. Bake 170 degrees for 30 mins. Stand 5 mins before serving.

    Super easy!
