I've spent my afternoon make blackberry jam and have nothing organised for tea. I think I will have to bake a batch of scones and have scones, jam and cream.

That's an acceptable tea, isn't it?:-)

Going to make an asparagus and avocado salad. On a complete health kick trying to get my blood pressure down and reducing salt levels. Lets hope it turns out alright.

Scones and Jam. If you are craving it then I say its the perfect dinner. Might not keep you full for long ... if your anything like me.
